  • Appointments

    If you are unable to keep your appointment with your Doctor please call reception to cancel.  We reserve the right to charge a non -attendance fee up to the full cost of your appointment.

  • Wanting to make an appointment? 

    We offer the flexibility of consulting with your doctor either over the phone or in person, depending on your preference. To ensure the safety of both our patients and staff from respiratory illnesses, we’ll ask a few screening questions when booking your appointment.

    If you visit the practice for your appointment, you may be asked to complete a RAT test to confirm you are COVID-negative before entering the building. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

  • Keeping the practice safe

    We kindly request that you wear a mask while inside the practice. Please do not enter the clinic if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, diarrhoea, or vomiting. Instead, call us for guidance, and our team will provide further instructions.

Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP)Health Coach (HC)

A new service at Epic Health is provided by a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) who will be available to see you if stress or routine challenges begin to affect your mental or physical well-being.  They can see people of all ages, and help with any type of issue that may benefit from making positive behavioral changes or learning skills to promote mental wellbeing. 

Your doctor or nurse may refer you to a Health Improvement Practitioner when you are in the GP clinic. The session will focus on the most important problem for you that day, and support you to develop a plan to improve things.   

A community-based health coach who works alongside the HIP is also available.

  • Sessions can be face-to-face, via zoom or as a phone consultation
  • Meetings take place in the community, at the park, beach or a home visit
  • Patients can also self-refer via reception
  • Sessions are completely FREE.

Same Day Online and After-hours GP Appointments

With Practice Plus, you’re only a few clicks away from a same-day online and after-hours GP consultation that suits you. The Practice Plus service is an extension to your regular Epic Health team. Practice Plus is available weekdays until 10pm and weekends and public holidays 8am – 8pm.

You will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details when booking your appointment, however your card will not be charged until your appointment is completed.
