Payment is required at the time of
your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made with the
practice.

If payment is not received on the
day, the following charges may apply:

 

• Late Payment Fee: A $15 late payment fee may be
  added to overdue accounts.
• Monthly Administration Fee: An administration charge of $10
  per month will be applied to any unpaid balances.
• Debt Collection: Accounts that remain unpaid may
  be referred to Account Collections Ltd for recovery. All collection
  fees and associated costs incurred will be added to the outstanding
  balance and will be payable by the patient.
